Entrepreneur Mastery Through Tulshi Sen’s “Ancient Secrets Of Success For Today’s World” – Part 2

by Aditi Walsh

Entrepreneur Mastery- part 2Everything we have or have not created for our business is fundamentally the result of our thinking. This includes our successes and failures. There are no exceptions.

Now that may be a hard truth to swallow, especially with today’s global economic forces and challenges. (In reality these dynamic forces, too, are the result of collective group thinking, but that’s the subject for another discussion).

Our thinking mindset brings us everything: the good, the bad and the ugly.  But if that’s all there is to it, then you could say, “No problem, I’ll just focus on the good stuff, right?” Well, that depends on where you are placing your attention and how strong you are in your true being.

Relying On Circumstances
For instance, some of you may take the attitude of making do with what you already have. Or, you try to think of ways to get out of a certain situation you find yourself in by manipulating, trading off or economizing what you already have for what you think is necessary. Or, you may just resign yourself to making the best of a bad situation.

This type of thinking is constructive at best and lacks imagination. Tulshi Sen calls it ‘worm thinking’.  It is thinking inside the box, where your circumstances dictate your thinking.

Einstein tells us that we cannot solve a problem at the same level that we created it. Solutions require that you step outside of your current situation to allow your imagination to bring you new ideas and approaches.

Lack Of Focus
This next type of thinking is endemic today, especially to information marketers. There’s so much to learn and absorb that it’s impossible to keep up with the flood of information and you suck in everything that comes at you. It become hard to differentiate the good stuff from the regurgitated mis-information, especially when you are a new online entrepreneur.

Your world becomes chaotic and you quickly lose focus. You get too busy and frantic to see what you originally desired to create for your business. You get caught up in the minutia and cannot see the forest for the trees. Stress sets in and you’ve lost the joy of entrepreneurship. This has been a too familiar scenario for me.

Tulshi Sen calls this ‘fly thinking’, where you flit from positive to negative and negative to positive and ultimately get nowhere. You go from one crisis to another and become exhausted and depleted.

Entrepreneur Mastery
The third type of thinking lifts you completely out of the first two ways of thinking and sets you on the path to complete mastery of your own thoughts. You powerfully focus solely on your Vision. You learn to quickly discern what belongs in your business or not, and you let go of everything else.

Tulshi Sen calls this ‘bee thinking’, where the bee thinks of nothing else but producing the honey. When you build your thought character like a bee, you become wealthy in the nectar of life.

Now the expression “busy like a bee” takes on a whole new meaning. You create your own abundance in the nectar of busy-ness (i.e. business). Life become blissful. And you enjoy its riches.

Tulshi Sen, a Master of success thinking and author of Ancient Secrets of Success For Today’s World, shows us how we can take control of our thinking. Through the Four Proclamations of your own truth, you’ll learn to think the thoughts you want to think, and not the thoughts you don’t want to think.

Entrepreneur Mastery Through Tulshi Sen’s “Ancient Secrets of Success For Today’s World”

by Aditi Walsh

Entrepreneur Mastery- Part 1What makes some people solution magnets while others struggle in their problems more often than not? Notice how some entrepreneurs take particular challenges in stride, while others tend to shut down and feed on their misery for a while.

Productivity Killers
Let’s take a familiar example. You run into a Technical glitch and just lose it in the moment. You feel stopped in your tracks as you are trying to accomplish a time-based goal. Maybe you are just feeling exhausted and secretly feel the need to rant about something.

Or maybe, you were triggered by an unfortunate external event that conjured up certain uncomfortable feelings inside that you were afraid to explore before. So you reacted unusually strongly to the issue. In today’s environment, there’s certainly no lack of rants to pick up on.

Have you noticed how people can get buried by their environment and get stuck into a certain kind of thinking groove? When that happens, they don’t easily tolerate suggestions from others. And they always seem to find something to be unhappy about. Bad news becomes a feeding frenzy and they get caught up in its perpetual spin.

Does This Sound Familiar?
For instance, you may recall how you allowed a feeling of disgust percolate inside you about something you heard about in the news. And you became glued to the 24/7 broadcasts, even though you knew it would upset your well-being. When challenged about this insidious kind of addictive behavior, maybe you got defensive about justifying yourself, or became overly aggressive with the person who noticed.

I’ve observed that even reasonable people, myself included, find themselves in these kinds of conundrums from time to time.  And we may fret over trying to avoid a certain situation or decide to fight through it. Either way we get completely bound to it, and the negative mindset seals us helplessly and deeply inside of our own mind.

Most importantly, this kind of reaction is not healthy or productive in any way for the success seeking entrepreneur. And, especially for those pesky technical problems, the solutions are most often simple and self-evident, once realized (although it’s hard to believe this when you are stuck in the middle of it). Once you know better, you can laugh off the insanity of the drama you just put yourself through. Sound familiar?

How To Control Your Own Mind
But how do you prevent the next scene from playing out and destroying your productivity once again? To do this we need to learn how to master our thinking. Stopping unwanted thoughts from entering our mind is the key to success in business and in life. This is true regardless of the particular business path we take, or the consulting help we may seek.

Nobody else can do this fundamental work for us. We need to dive in and do the deep contemplative work of mastering our own mind. The true entrepreneur conquers his environment by taking this quest deep within his own being.
