Stimulus efforts (from individuals, communities or nations) seem virtually ineffective in this sea of constant, negative news feeds. As a result, the doubts and fears people may already be entertaining tend to get reinforced.
So, what is adversity to the entrepreneur? Once understood, it can be used to inform our goals and visions. Misunderstood, it will feed our excuses and lingering doubts about what we want for our business and our life.
We can choose to see adversity as the challenge for focusing anew and learning from our difficulties. Otherwise, we will find ourselves sagging from the relentless negative reports about global economies, or even buckling under the weight of failures close to home.
