Unless we, as entrepreneurs, understand the inner purpose of our business, how can we move forward to create the success we desire?
Beyond Logic…
Understanding ‘why’ we do what we do, however, is not enough. We must believe in why we do what we do. And when we can begin to believably share our purpose with our target markets, we will start to engage their desire to want what we believe in as well.
The more authentically we can ignite up their imagination, the more effectively and quickly we can attract the innovators. But it’s the early adapters who are the critical influencers and who actually tip the scales of success by sharing with larger groups of people and growing the belief level in the company and its products or services.
Simon Sinek, in his TED Talks presentation, shows us how the Law of Diffusion of Innovation works across most cultural and consumer groups. It starts with a critical mass of people really believing in you, and then moves into the early ‘majority’ of customers who grow your business to a whole new success level. Cool Fire!
